[JYF-Spring-Semester] JYF Spring list serv

Dear JYF spring participants,

 There seems to be a problem with our JYF list serv.
I am writing you in English since I am also copying our 
web master in Virginia as well as my Assistants. For some reason, some of you have been able to send personal messages on this list serv. However, this list serv must 
be reserved ONLY for official announcements which are 
authorized by Mme Gree, Mme Parnet or myself.  I did 
authorize the first announcement sent by Victoria concerning the Student committe meeting. 
However, we cannot use this list serv to serve everyone's personal announcements.
It would really get out of hand.  
I have contacted the Computer services in VA and hope that 
the problem will be resolved soon.  However, in the meantime, PLEASE do not use this list serv unless one of 
the staff has authorized it.  Thank you for understanding.
