[Jyf-2001-2002] URGENT - FORMS FOR UNIVERSITY GRADES

Dear Students,

I have all of the grade forms for your university professors. If you
would like to come by to get them so that you may hand them directly to
your professors, I will hold on to them until next Wednesday, May 21. If

you haven't come by to get them by then, I will simply mail them to the
departments at the universities, as I do at the end of the first
semester.
Handing the forms to the professors in person is often a more sure and
efficient means of receiving a grade in a timely manner.
