[Fallfest] fall festival weekend

U.Va.  released the academic calendar for 2006/07 the other 
day. Note that the fall festival weekend doesn't conflict 
with Film Festival--which is good--but is the same as UVa's 
family weekend. So, if one housing option is going to be 
blocks of hotel rooms, this should be set up asap.

October 20-22           Family Weekend

October 26-29           Film Festival
