[Fallfest] Fall Fest 2006 Spring Meeting on Monday April 24th

HI All,
     THe spring Fall Fest meeting will be on Monday, April 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the home of festival co-chair Bill Feeney (directions at the end of this email).
     Purposes:  1.  to nominate and vote on Friday night local band and caller
                      2.  to start formation of committees
                            Committee heads needed for:  potluck, snacks, and shoes.  
                                                Potluck committee has been problematic in the past, but 
                                            has become much more stream-lined as of last year
     If you can't attend this meeting, please send nominations for Friday night band and caller to me and I'll make sure they get on the list.  
     Also, please let me know if you are interested in a volunteer postion.  Fall Fest volunteers get full and partial scholarships for the weekend (depending on number of hours worked).
     If you are a committee head who can't attend this meeting, please let me know if you are re-upping for that committee and send me any notes that might be helpful.

DIRECTIONS TO MEETING:  
919 Locust Lane, Charlottesville VA  phone 244-2672
Go north on Locust Avenue, either from the 250 bypass or from the 
intersection of High Street and Locust Avenue.Proceed through 3 stop 
signs, then make a left turn when Locust 
Avenue ends in a T intersection. You are now on Locust Lane. 
Pass a 100-yard open hillside. My house is the first one on the
right.
