[Fallfest] Festival numbers

Thanks, Rob, for the update, and all of the work you've 
been doing to keep us informed. I agree this is an 
important agenda item for the first follow-up meeting.

One BIG thing we can all do to help, especially in light of 
the low projected attendance, is to stay within, or, if at 
all possible, under budget. I've just heard from one chair 
already who's projected to come in 20% under budget--way to 
go!

I've sent reminders about their individual budgets to all 
chairs and co-chairs on the food committees (potluck, 
brunch, party, snacks) and to decorations. If anyone else 
has questions about how much you're allotted and how to get 
reimbursed, please write and ask, asap.

One small contribution I figure I can make is play the 
waltz workshop gratis. It's a small thing, but every little 
bit does help!
