[Fallfest] Fall Festival Date

There will be no housing available if you move it from
the October 14-16 date to the next weekend.  The camp
was booked for that weekend (October 21-23) over four
months ago.  However, I have asked that they reserve
the third weekend of October in 2006 and 2007 for us
so that we might not run into that problem again.

I know from talking to people and doing a survey last
year that people were very satisified with the camp
experience and would repeat it.  I know of people that
have attended the festival for several years who will
be coming this year and are looking forward to staying
at the camp.  Even just looking at the statistics
(from less than 10 people the first year to almost 40
the second year) shows that it is an option people
want.

Please take this issue under serious consideration,
especially since I have been unable to attend any
meetings thus far and may not be able to make the next
one either (whenever it is) to inform everyone of the
situation.  The camp offers an excellent housing
situation for us at an extremely reasonable price.  I
would really advise against going without it.
