    Fall dance festival is October 14-16th, NOT the third full weekend.

from a long time member and co chair several times  of the Fall Festival 
committee in years past I hope for the future you will decide to have it on the 
3rd weekend in October....believe me, we wrestled with this decision several 
years ago..after many years of always doing it no matter what on the 3rd weekend 
we changed to the 4th and got lots of feedback that it wasn't a good idea to 
change..so we all agreed it would be the 3rd weekend no matter what as people 
from many places outside Charlottesville who have been part of the weekend as 
participants and organizers count on it......but times change, people change, I 
understand that too....hopefully you all can reach some consensus about 
this..sometimes though it is important to understand the history behind things and 
stick with it...

thanks for all you good work, I always love coming "home" for the festival 
and appreciate every one that works together to put it on.
