[Fallfest] FF2005 Sept. mtg

Since September 8 is a weeknight I will be unable to
attend the meeting.

I have no need for any further help.  I have already
conferred with Aggie about signs.

Please, if at all possible, address the hotel issue. 
I would strongly support a block being made.  I have
already had one person contact me disappointed that
they were unable to locate a hotel room.  In the event
that the committee supports a block, please let me
know how many rooms (15? 20? more? less?) and I will
put that on the list of things to do after this
Festival, around the turn of the year.  I have already
put a preliminary reservation in to CHT for the next
two years (ie we're penciled in but our contract has
not been made up yet).

I would like to head up Recycling as well and can
provide receptacles again.  Please let me know if
there are any problems with me doing this.

There was also some discussion between myself, Rob,
Lori, Gaye (anyone else?) centering around children,
admission price and housing price.  I have two
children who will be, again, attending Festival this
year.  They will be 5.75 and 7 years old at that time.
 They are active volunteers, helping me with the Camp
and picking up recycling at the end of the Festival,
as well as dancers.  Housing rates at CHT are full
price unless the child is 6 years old or less.  Please
discuss at the meeting and let me know if you consider
both of my children full volunteers (allowing full
scholarship for admission and housing), half
volunteers (allowing half scholarship for admission
and housing) or if they do not qualify for a
scholarship at all.

looking forward to the Festival.
