[Fallfest] another band idea

dear committee -

i want to add another band to the short list:  Goldcrest

Goldcrest is:
Daron Douglas, fiddle
Dave Wiesler, piano
Paul Oorts, mandolin

(Dave and Paul may also play some other instruments)

I heard this band on a recording when they played for contradancing on a trip in
Scotland (Joseph Pimental was calling with them.).  I was struck with how
driving their music was.  They just sounded fantastic.  Of course they are all
wonderful musicians, and they really seemed to have a synergy with each other.

I talked to Dave about this band, and he feels like this combination (of
musicians) really works.  He loves playing with these guys.

Anyway, I'm excited to suggest them.

I'm not sure if I will make it to the followup meeting or not.  Perhaps I can
get a copy of a recording of them to the meeting, one way or the other.  (I
don't have it in my possession now...)
