Hi Rob (et al),
   In the letter from Wes to Teri he says "the only things I do not supply are instruments and amps for instruments".  He says he will be bringing one other person to assist with sound.  I thought that we had said at the meeting that hiring Wes would cover gym (or whatever the main dance space is ) and cafeteria, but perhaps I misunderstood, in which case we need to ask Jim Creegan to do cafeteria still, I'm guessing.  I apologize for any confusion.  And re the committees helping with clean up, I simply entered that into the minutes as time was spent at the meeting discussing it.  Obviously, there is no policy in place and it would need to be discussed further.  Thanks, Rob, for catching those confusing bits and responding promptly,  Lori
