Hi gang,
Thanks for the minutes. A couple of questions and a correction.

I didn't know about the "except for amps" part. What does that mean exactly?
It's hard to imagine someone providing everything else and not the amps as
they are a major component of a sound system. Is there something here I've
missed?
Can Wes manage the gym and the cafeteria at the same time? If it's just one
person, namely Wes, then the answer is "No." Providing equipment for a venue
and managing it are two different things.

I'm a little confused here. Is every volunteer on every committee expected
to help with clean up? All told there are about 50 of them. I thought the
concensus was that things worked pretty well as they were.

Our adoption schedule has shifted eliminating the need for an apprentice.
Having said that, Mary Prendergast has offered to help out and learn the system
as a backup. Since Mary is a good friend and close-by neighbor, and since it
would be good to have someone else know the system, I have welcomed her
offier.
