2. Weds., Sept. 23 - International Folk Dance in C'ville

Charlottesville International Folk Dancers meets Wednesday evenings
at the Senior Center, 1180 Pepsi Place, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

 Join people of all ages to learn and do lively, haunting, or gentle
folk-dances from many different countries.

Teaching is from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.,
and recreational dancing is from 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.

Our next dance will be Sept. 26.
Music by Toad Mamas with Becky McKenzie calling.

A free waltz workshop will be presented at 7:00 PM
Beginners contra lesson at 7:30 PM.
The dance begins at 8:00 PM.
A donation of $8 is suggested.

This will be our second dance at the downtown YMCA in their
air-conditioned space. There is plenty of room and the cool air
makes for a very comfortable dance. If it works out, this will
become our permanent home.
