Charlottesville International Folk Dancers meets Wednesday evenings
at the Senior Center, 1180 Pepsi Place, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

 Join people of all ages to learn and do lively, haunting, or gentle
folk-dances from many different countries.

Teaching is from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.,
and recreational dancing is from 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.

6. Sunday, May 4 - Mother's Day Music Festival in C'ville

Spring Fest
A Mother's Day Music Festival
Sunday, May 4th from 12am-6pm
Tandem Friends School - right across from Monticello High School

There will be a contra/swing dance from 3-6 in the gym - it's a great
opportunity
for us to expand our dance consciousness into the high school world.
The Avant Gardeners and members of Acme swing will be playing for the dance.

Music, Dancing, Food, Vending Stalls, and more!
Come see some local favorites,
Trees on Fire,
The Greg Ward Project
The Rogan Brothers
Pixy Led, and more!

Enjoy arts and crafts: Necklaces, bracelets, and more can be purchased at
the event.
Food and drinks will also be available.

Contra and swing dancing will be taking place in the gym between 3 and 6.
Money raised will be going to the Tandem music and scholarship programs.
Support it by bringing friends and family. Mothers get in free!

T-shirts are available for purchase proceeding date of the event.
Wear it to the festival and no ticket is required.

Flowers, herbs, and vegetables, grown by the school's Stewardship
and the Environment class will be on sale, contributing to the school's
Diversity Scholarship Fund.
