Charlottesville International Folk Dancers will have their weekly dance on
Tuesday evenings from 6 - 8:30 p.m. This will be held at the Senior Center
(1180 Pepsi Place). Join people of all ages for teaching and recreational
dancing from cultures all over the world.

3. Friday, May 11 - English Country Dance in Ivy
Charlottesville's English Country dance group holds its next dance on
Friday, May 11 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Ivy beginning at 8:00.
Lynne Mackey and Jim Harrington will provide the music while Ron Lemkuhl
and Dale Mantautis lead the dances. This will be our last dance of the
season, before resuming next September. The church is located on
Owensville Road in Ivy, 100 yards up the hill from Duners restaurant on
US 250, four miles west of Charlottesville. Call Brad at 823-7334 for
more information.

11. Next Friday - Swallowtail Contra in Greenwood
The regular Friday Contra a MAC moves to Greenwood for a special dance:
>From New England, the renowned Swallowtail will play the Friday night dance
on May 18th.
The dance will be held at the Greenwood Community Center instead of the
regular venue,
the MAC.
Admission is $8.
