3. Help Needed for Annual Bean Party

CALLING ALL HELPERS!!

THE ANNUAL BEAN PARTY, HELD AT Becky Cohen and Rick Martin's
home in Crozet is just round the corner (This year, Jan 5th). All of you who
have attended this party in the past are aware of what a good time it
is. The party requires a lot of preparation and all of it should not be
left to Rick and Becky to do.
This is a community event and we are calling on our community to lend a
helping hand.

Rob Craighurst has graciously volunteered to co-ordinate helpers. Jobs
that need to be done are:

1) Luminary construction & delivery DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS ON Sat
2 people working together or 1 to make and 1 to deliver and place along
driveway Saturday afternoon.

2) Baking cupcakes 1-2 people, bring to party

3) Callers - we welcome budding callers as well as experienced!

4) Clean up after party @1:30 AM - ½ HR - Vacuum, straighten, take out
trash - 3 people

5) Dismantling the large table in dance hall/studio, and moving table
and couch to garage a few days before party - 1 person

6) Party monitors - during party collect recyclables and place in
bins at back door, collect trash, empty trash cans, general
clean up.

7) Volunteers to grab a bag of recyclables and take home with them
Please do recycle properly - 3 people

8) Gather up luminaries after party - 1 person

Perhaps, you and a friend can partner together to handle some of these
tasks. Please contact Rob Craighurst 434-971-8863
