[Bannerusers] Oracle 10g Upgrade status

Oracle Upgrade is completed.
Login to Banner using http://gandhi.noc.sbc.edu:7070.
It might ask you to install active X control. Please install it.
Then it will ask you to install the new version of Oracle Jinit. Please 
do so.
And once installation is complete it will take to the banner login screen.
