[Bannerusers] Oracle 10G Upgrade

An Oracle upgrade has been planned for the Thanksgiving weekend.
Banner will be available only for inquiries from Wednesday(11/22) night 
(7pm) until Saturday afternoon.
Any changes made during this period on Banner will be lost.
An email will be sent as soon as the upgrade is completed.
