[CC] Microsoft Office upgrade on Sagan

We've upgraded MS Office on sagan to 2003.  Hopefully this will resolve some
of the errors being reported with MS Excel and MS Access.

 

If you set personal preferences in Office 2000, you may need to set them
again in Office 2003.
