[CC] SSN vs PIDM as an ID in Banner

Dave,
I will be out next week and have given Gail some of my concerns.  We 
need to find out how other schools have handled this if we make a change.
We are required to have SSN for all students and employees for tax 
reporting.  We will need to come together to discuss this
because student and employee and vendor all use the SSN.
