[CC] Banner 8 Upgrade

Banner 8 Upgrade has been completed on a new database BAN8.
The User guides and release guides for Banner 8 are available in
http://bannerdocs.sbc.edu

The following modules user guides are still not available.
Student
Finance

Also Evision part (fabchkp and phpchkl ) are not available. Working  
with evision to get the release date for version 8.
