[CC] MS Office 2003 on sagan

We had problems on SAGAN last week and Indhu had to help me- I was
getting the same message when running the access queries-My problem
ended up being the HP 4200 printer was my default printer and once I
changed to HP 4350 it worked. This was a quick fix and not sure the
printer issue was resolved.
