[CC] Masking SSNs in PPRD

Tracey,

I presume anyone who needs to actually set up a student or employee needs to
be able to see and search on SSN. I am not sure about vendors. What is
being masked is SPBPERS_SSN which should only have entries for people. The
exception is GUIALTI which masks GUVALTI_SSN. The way the view is written,
GUVALTI returns a null value for SSN for other than a person so it should
work the same way.

I don't have access to PPAIDEN. That form may take additional work with
someone who does have access. If it works like SPAIDEN, APAIDEN and FOAIDEN
the SSN should be masked on the Biographical tab.

As it is in PROD there are 97 people with access to SPAIDEN, APAIDEN,
FOAIDEN or PPAIDEN. 132 have access to GUIALTI.

There are 16 people with access to PPAIDEN. If all of them need to see
SSNs, I can take the masking off of that form. KCOFFEE, MWOODFIN, SJEWELL,
and STHOMASON have query-only access to the form (via H_TIME_ENTRY_M_C).
Everyone else has maintenance access (via H_EMPLOYMENT_M_C or
H_EMPLOYMENT_Q_C). There is also a class H_DIRECTORY_Q_C with query access,
but no one is currently assigned to that class.

Dave,
Are you setting up common matching so that we can search on SSN before
we actually set up a student, vendor, employee so that we do not set up
duplicates if the ID is not SSN? I checked PPAIDEN and my pidm is my id
and I can see the SSN within the form, but can not search on it? I think
common matching was set up for users that used system generated ids,
which I am in favor of.
