[CC] Banner 7 connection problem -- getting disconnected at times

3 steps needs to be done in order to rectify this problem
1. Go to Internet explorer. Click on tools. Choose Internet Options.
Under general tab you will find Temporary Internet files. Click on
Delete cookiesbutton . Then click on Delete files button.
Once done click OK and come out of Internet explorer.
2. Click on Start. Choose Settings/Control Pannel or directly Control
Pannel (whichever is on the menu). Then double click jinit 1.3.1.18.
You will find 6 tabs.
Choose the Proxies tab and uncheck Use Browser settings. Click Apply.
THen choose the Cache tab. Click on Clear Jar cache button and say Yes
to erase the Jar cache files.
Once done close the window.
3. Reboot the system.
The above steps need to be applied only once.
